Despite the high prices, the customer service was severely lacking. Staff didn’t respond, and the receptionist was unhelpful and unfriendly. Requests for assistance were ignored with an attitude, which made the stay frustrating. Basic things like timely housekeeping, clear communication, and help with amenities were missing, and I left feeling undervalued and dissatisfied.

Even when I showered at 5 am, before the other guests, the water was only lukewarm. I asked several times for the temperature to be raised, but got evasive replies instead. I’m looking for a better aparthotel than this one.

The full refunds they claim to offer online aren’t actually available, at least based on my experience. We’d prepaid for two weeks, but when we asked for a refund, they refused, so we couldn’t leave. My one-bedroom apartment was painfully hot, even in winter. There was no air conditioning, and direct sunlight made it impossible to sleep at night or feel comfortable during the day. We paid extra to move into a two-bedroom apartment, but it smelled awful every day. We had to keep both windows and the door open just to breathe, and my sinuses got worse while staying there. The Wi-Fi in the two-bedroom apartment had problems that never got fixed. The elevator also seemed very cheap and broke down for eight days of our twelve-day stay, so taking the stairs every day became incredibly annoying. The place may have good customer service in general, but our experience was far from ideal. The front desk staff were friendly before we checked in, but after that they seemed unable to solve anything. They apologized and said they were trying to fix the problems, but that felt like an empty excuse. We paid $90 a day, and honestly, I don’t think it’s worth even $30. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Don’t plan a long stay even if there’s a discount, because the no-refund policy can leave you losing money or stuck being miserable.

The rooftop breakfast is awesome, and I loved the water pressure. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were kind, and everything felt modern and clean.
