The wedding venue was beautiful and well organized, and the staff were friendly, supportive, and genuinely helpful during the event. But the rest of my stay at Kenenisa Hotel was disappointing. I spent two nights there, one before my wedding and one on the day, mainly because the venue was there. The rooms seemed old and poorly maintained, with damaged items needing attention. At times there was no running water, and we had to call reception to switch on the water pump. That was especially inconvenient for such an important occasion. It was hard to sleep with loud music from a club on the top floor and another noisy club across the hotel. The noise was constant and very disturbing. Breakfast was difficult too, since the restaurant didn't have a full range of grocery items, leaving very limited options that weren't up to standard. The room condition, noise, and restaurant limitations seriously affected my experience, despite the good venue and service.

The service was the best I've ever had at a hotel. In the middle of the night, one of the workers even went out to get diapers for my babies. My food was great too, everything here was amazing.

The staff were nice, but we had a very bad stay. If you want to sleep, don't come here. Loud music from the club on the top floor vibrated through the building, with banging noises all night from 12pm until 5am. As soon as that stopped, noise from the church right across from the hotel began. It starts around 5am and again around 6pm.

There was no water in the bathroom, so I checked out after just two hours. They didn't refund my payment. I'd suggest checking the hotel before booking.

The staff were polite and helpful, and our clean room had a great view. WiFi worked great, and they provided an airport shuttle, a TV, and complimentary coffee and tea. The shower was frustrating because water spilled onto the floor. We also waited over 40 minutes for our restaurant order. Still, a great place overall.
