Miracle Hotel

It’s an affordable place to get to, and I had an astonishing experience there. Highly recommended.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and I want to thank them. Still, I won’t repeat this experience. The location is very bad and didn’t feel safe for walking around at night. There was no A/C in the room, so I had to leave the balcony door open all night, with stray dogs making noise in large numbers. The hotel management also disturbed my sleep. After midnight or early in the morning, someone would fill the hotel tanks using a mechanical pump, and the noise was extremely annoying. I’m sorry to be so frank, but that was my experience. Thanks again to the friendly staff.

The room and furniture were great, but that was about it. The service was very poor. A couple of staff were rude, though some were nice. They supplied cheap soap that gave me a rash after showering, and no towel unless I brought my own. There was no hot water, and they didn’t leave drinking water in the room, so I paid three times the price for a bottle. Even with breakfast included, there was no drinking water or juice, and I had to order water separately. Dinner was very expensive, and I couldn’t drink the breakfast coffee.

The receptionist was welcoming, but the rooms are tiny for the price. There are lots of other good places in a similar range. Room service was terrible and very slow. There was no menu in the room, and the call center didn’t know the menus. No bottled water was provided, the water heating system was slow, and the plumbing was noisy. The soap was cheap, and there was just one towel. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
