The steak was awesome. At the restaurant, Mr sirak was exceptional, polite, and thoughtful, and Mr Abera was kind and caring too. Thanks for the service.

The receptionist was really nice, but the airport shuttle was always late. The rooms are in poor condition, with no AC or ventilation, and the bathroom hygiene could be better. The food needs improvement too. The hotel can do better.

This was the worst airport hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The shower flooded, mosquitoes kept me up all night, and the food was really basic. I highly recommend Ethiopian Airlines stop putting people here.

The staff at Vibes Hotel & Spa were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the few days I spent there. The airport shuttle was handy, and spa access was included. We paid extra for the Moroccan bath and massage, and they were worth it. The hairdressers were the one letdown, they weren’t the best. I’d highly recommend the hotel.

The spa, rooms, and staff all made for a really upsetting stay. I had the worst experience, and anyone planning to stay here should be prepared for disappointment. What a shame. I can't recommend it.
