The gym was good, and the bed was comfortable, but the room was freezing with no way to control the temperature. The building is run-down and the stairs felt dangerous. Food was good, though the wait was long. Staff English needs a lot of work, and the elevators are painfully slow.

The gym, sauna, and relaxation facilities were impressive, better than at many 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in. I spent three nights here and found the hotel clean, with an excellent location and a spacious room. The beds were clean and really comfortable. Breakfast was great, and I enjoyed the food at lunch and dinner too. After a long journey, the front desk kindly arranged early check-in and were very helpful. I really appreciated that. A comfortable, relaxing stay, highly recommended! 👍

I can’t recommend this hotel. A nearby generator made a lot of noise all night, and there’s an ugly pile of building materials in front of the terrace. Across from the hotel, a large construction site is underway. The lobby is in poor shape and heavily worn.

I was in transit, and Ethiopian Airlines arranged the hotel for me. A van took me from the airport along with other people. Check-in went smoothly and the room was spacious, though it felt old and basic. Breakfast was included, but the buffet had so little variety that I could hardly find anything to eat. The reception staff weren’t polite, so don’t expect perfect service. Since I was staying for free, though, I won’t complain.
