Noble House

I’m still at the hotel, and choosing it has been my worst decision. My brother and sister have already had to switch rooms three times because there wasn’t water in the toilet, and the receptionist was rude to them. The water keeps coming and going, the WiFi is horrible, and nobody seems willing to fix anything. Customer service is awful, and it makes me sad that they seem to care only about money. The room is pricey and the breakfast is mediocre at best. I asked to have my shirt ironed, which housekeeping apparently handles. They said someone would come, but when I called again three hours later, I was told housekeeping had already left. There wasn’t even an apology when I said it should have been handled when I first called hours earlier. I don’t know if I can trust that my belongings are safe here. I’d like to know who the owner is, and if I find out, I’ll write another review. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The only good thing is the WiFi, and even that cuts out randomly. Breakfast is rubbish, the shopping mall is always shut, and the owner is very rude. The lift takes forever, and the food costs too much. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

DON’T GO! The internet didn’t work, the food was bad, the staff were slow, and the decorations were especially awful. There’s a guesthouse for a third of this price, so don’t throw your money into that mean patriarch’s pockets. The owner also yelled at me out of nowhere. I was apparently sitting in the wrong spot, even though staff had brought me a chair there. He directed me to another place, where a metal piece was sticking out of a socket right beside some kids playing. I politely asked if someone could fix it. He yelled that he was the owner and wasn’t going to fix anything, and that I should do it myself. I stayed polite and asked again, but got the same answer even more aggressively. I hadn’t done anything to provoke that treatment.

The rooms are clean, the employees are very active, and the owner is humble. It’s a relatively new hotel with great facilities.
