We raised our concerns with management because we value the Haile brand and have had so many good experiences over the years. They took the feedback seriously and responded promptly and respectfully, making sure we felt heard and valued. The servers acknowledged and fixed their mistakes, and management worked hard to restore our confidence in the resort. Their handling of the complaint reflected the customer service culture we have always appreciated at Haile Resorts. We travel from the USA to Ethiopia every one or two years, and Haile Resort has long been our first choice for family-friendly stays. Our children love it, and we have appreciated the comfort, hospitality, and quality service at several locations. Past visits have always exceeded our expectations. This year, though, our stay at the newly opened Haile Sodo came with some difficulties, especially around service and food. We appreciate the Haile Sodo staff and management for their effort, dedication, and hospitality. Thank you for maintaining high standards and making our stay memorable again.

The rooms were clean and well organized, and the food was delicious, with both traditional Ethiopian and western styles. Wonderful service too. We really recommend this hotel in Sodo!
