We took a boat out in the morning to bird island, and it was beautiful. Back at the hotel, the food was good and our room was clean. Whenever we had a problem, they fixed it right away.

The lake and greenery made for a wonderful view, and there was a playground for kids plus a great gym to keep in shape during our stay. The rooms were nice, though the general standard wasn't anything special. Service, on the other hand, was amazing, with staff all over the premises. A wonderful stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for one.

What spoiled the stay was the breakfast. Since there were only a few of us staying, they wouldn't serve the buffet, so we had to order from the menu. That felt unacceptable and took away the whole idea of a resort breakfast. They even went out of their way to argue with us. Totally unexpected from Haile Resort. I hope things change in the future. The hotel itself was nice.

The service is wonderful, and the location is one of the best. If you're coming from Aldi Seba, it's not far, and you can enjoy it here.

The garden and trees are beautiful, and the staff are friendly. But the rooms are very old, with no fan, air conditioning, or ventilation, and the shower water smells. Breakfast is very mediocre. The pool water is pumped straight from the muddy lake.
