I found the luggage storage before check-in and the washing machine incredibly helpful. I never met Bob in person, but everything was handled smoothly throughout my stay. The hotel was fantastic for its location, hospitality and facilities. One thing to know: if you can't check in online, that can cause problems. The check-in URL is posted at the entrance, so use it for a smooth check-in.

We stayed at Bob W Helsinki Kluuvi hotel in late December of 2025 and had a great time. The price was cheap, booking was easy, and the hotel was responsive with information and answers to our questions. Its location is excellent, within walking distance of the train station even with luggage, as well as Senate Square and other city attractions. The room was a little small for a family of four, but not unreasonable. We appreciated the shared kitchen, luggage storage and early or late check-in options. Everything is digital, so there isn't a traditional check-in process and getting in was fast and convenient. Staff were always reachable by phone or email. We'd definitely stay again and recommend this location.

I first went to the wrong property, but the person helping over WhatsApp was very helpful. The stay was really good value, even for a solo traveller. There were fun extras in the room, including a games console and gym membership, although I didn't use either. It's well placed for the station, bars and restaurants, and I'm definitely tempted to use this brand again.

The room was great, and the accommodation is right by a fantastic pub or bar. The station is VERY close, and it's about a 15-20-minute walk to the market by the docks. Löyly spa is a long walk or a short, 2-mile Uber ride. Highly recommended.

A new kind of accommodation, with lovely rooms and furnishings full of fine details. The location is excellent and the price very reasonable. The check-in process is a bit complicated.
