Our room showed its age, but it was clean and pleasant. The hotel staff were fantastic, always so kind and helpful, and in a wonderful mood. We were extremely happy with our stay and would have stayed longer if we had time.

The owner was so kind and wonderful. We got more help, advice and support than we could have expected, and had a great time. The yard is beautiful and green, a lovely place to spend an evening. It's a small, very cozy hotel with clean, nice rooms and a great breakfast. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely choose it again if we visit Naantali.

The location is very good, the apartments are in quite good condition, and breakfast was good. The table service was a plus too. But after dinner one summer evening, some of our group of eight women stayed in the hotel courtyard with a few other guests. The next morning the owners gave us a real scolding. I understand that we laughed and chatted too much, and we apologized for disturbing people. But the owners' feedback felt very exaggerated, rude and aggressive. The female owner in particular kept being aggressive and insulting, and she and her adult daughter laughed at us arrogantly. I could understand that response if we'd been rowdy, broken things or shouted, but I don't think our happy Friday evening warranted that kind of reaction. Because of this poor customer service, I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone.
