The apartment was cold and dirty when we arrived. The living room was 19C, the bedrooms were cooler, and the radiators were cold. We had to go buy a heater that night. Hiisi told me this was normal and that people just experience temperature differently. The service company said something was wrong with the heating, but Hiisi wouldn't admit it. There was dirt all over the apartment. The WC wasn't clean, with hair and stubborn grime in places. The floors were dirty and hadn't even been vacuumed, with lots of stains mixed with hair and dirt. They came to clean twice but didn't do much. The cleaning lady didn't understand Finnish or English and seemed unsure what to do. In the end, we cleaned everything ourselves. Horrible experience. Choose somewhere else.

Booking was quick and easy, and I collected the keys from a machine without waiting in line. The apartment had all the basics, like cutlery, cups, pots, and towels. Good price too. I recommend it.

We slept well in a clean apartment and enjoyed the sauna's gentle steam. It was peaceful during the week, though a little noisy on the weekend. Our messages were answered quickly and kindly. We'd recommend it to anyone needing temporary housing.

The apartment was clean, comfortably furnished, and had the necessary equipment. The beds and pillows were good. Our one issue was that the door wouldn't open when we arrived to check in during the evening, but we were given a key. We made contact by phone.

The sauna had soft steam and the apartment was clean, but really cold. The radiators stayed cold no matter how much I tried to turn up the temperature. The dishwasher tablets had run out too.
