It’s a very straightforward, affordable place to stay, and it does what it says. If you read the information provided carefully, there shouldn’t be any issue. The place is a little outdated, but the price reflects that. It’s an easy walk to the central station and a good base for planning your visit.

The rooms are fairly nice, but sleep was impossible during my stay. A group of children on my floor kept running through the corridors, singing and shouting after midnight, and slamming room doors as they went in and out of each other's rooms. The doors bang loudly unless you close them carefully, which most guests won't do. I contacted customer service twice, two hours apart. They said they'd send security and investigate, but nobody came, or security did nothing, since the noise continued. I got only three hours of sleep a night for three days. There’s no staff on site because the hotel is fully automated, and that becomes a real problem when something goes wrong. Don't stay here if you need rest. They also don't provide regular hotel services like changing sheets or towels.

The shower pressure was good and the sheets were soft, but that's about it. The place is sold as a hotel, yet it felt like an Airbnb with no staff or basic amenities. The price was already high, and they charge extra for practically everything. You have to submit your credentials in advance to get a room code, and checking in early or late costs more. There's no luggage storage or public space. I wouldn't recommend it unless you want a quiet hostel stay without the social side. The WiFi was unreliable.

Getting inside was a real struggle, and I had to call customer service to get the entry code. The amenities were decent, and the beds fairly comfortable. I do wish there had been a shower head. The heated towel rail was a nice touch.
