I had a very disappointing experience at Al Minanaj Apartments. The apartment was not clean when I arrived, and the overall hygiene standards were poor. The management was unprofessional and did not handle customer concerns properly. Communication was slow, and staff did not seem interested in helping guests. Customer service needs major improvement, as requests were ignored or delayed. The facilities were not maintained well, which made the stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to others unless they improve cleanliness, maintenance, and the way they treat customers. Overall, it
