Poor communication and ignored or delayed requests made the stay frustrating. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping, and management handled concerns unprofessionally. The apartment wasn’t clean when I arrived, hygiene was poor, and the facilities weren’t well maintained, which made things uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend Al Minanaj Apartments unless they improve the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. It was an unpleasant experience.

The service was friendly, and it was easy to get to. For the price, it’s good value: a whole apartment with plenty of privacy.

We wholeheartedly recommend your place and services to others. On behalf of the whole Wai Wai family, thank you, Freddy Cha Cha and family, for graciously accommodating us during a difficult time and warmly welcoming the many families who travelled from overseas. The hospitality and service you showed us were truly exceptional. May Allah (SWT) reward you abundantly for your kindness and generosity to the Wai Wai family, especially Bobby Cha Cha and family. JazakAllah Khayr.

You can’t beat the price, and the staff are very accommodating. If you need 24/7 check-in, this is the place to go.

The staff were kind and accommodating, and Aunty was especially helpful with tips for making your money go further in Nadi. Water and other drinks are sold at a fair price in the main lobby. It’s very affordable and in a great location, with a clean pool and rooms that have AC and a washing machine. I’d highly recommend it if you want a base for exploring Viti Levu.
