Hibiscus Residences

The listing says the place can host four people, but there’s only one double bed. That made the accommodation very different from what we booked, and the capacity information feels seriously misleading. When we brought this up, Altaf kept playing down the issue and steering the conversation elsewhere instead of dealing with the mismatch. He promised a reimbursement, and we relied on that when we initially left a positive review in good faith. More than a month has passed with no refund, proper follow-up or resolution. The pattern was reassurance at the time, then no action afterward. The capacity was overstated, our concerns were minimized, and Altaf didn’t follow through on his promise. A frustrating experience from beginning to end. Future guests should be very cautious.
