New Door Apartments

I wouldn't recommend coming here for food. I called at 7:15 pm and was told my order would be ready at 8. When I got there, it still wasn't ready, and after another 15-minute wait I didn't receive it until 8:35. The food wasn't worth the time or money, and the staff's attitude made the delay even more frustrating.

The restaurant food tasted good, but it could take an hour or longer to arrive. We stayed for over two weeks, and the management was rubbish. Most of the staff were useless, except for one woman. The master bedroom and living room had air conditioning but no remote; the one we got had a dead battery, and later they showed us how to operate it without one, which meant climbing up to switch it on. The filters were very dirty. The TV, room charging ports, and switches didn't work, with only the kitchen ones functioning. They also wanted to remove the washing machine from the apartment but couldn't because it was too heavy. The showers had very slow water and kept switching between hot and cold. The location is great, but I wouldn't recommend a long stay unless you're prepared to put up with all that.

The ceiling fan barely works. The place itself was good, and the service was good too. Our order took a while, but it was worth the wait.

I've stayed here so many times I've lost count. The New Door Apartments team, from management to staff, are fantastic and go out of their way to help. The location's a bonus too. The food is great, especially the duck, though be ready for some heat, or ask the chef to tone it down. She's an absolute legend. Thanks for the outstanding work, see you again soon 🙏
