Novotel Nadi

The mountain view from our room was gorgeous, and we were still close to the restaurant, pool, spa, and reception. My sister and I had a spectacular stay. The staff were warm, helpful, and welcoming, and the food was delicious and accommodating for me as a vegan. The room was very clean and calm, though a little darker than I like during the day. The facilities were outstanding, and I'd definitely return with the rest of my family.

I paid for breakfast with my stay, but the vegetarian options were pretty poor. For that price, just having bread and butter or cornflakes wasn't a worthwhile deal. I hope the hotel offers a more satisfying breakfast for vegetarian guests. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely mountain view from the balcony. Staff were very friendly, and room service was wonderful.

The restaurant food and service were great, but breakfast wasn't hot, and when it ran out it wasn't replenished quickly. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the unexpected bottle of red wine with a note was a lovely surprise. The air conditioning kept the room cool. Room service took all day, so I couldn't get into the room until 1630. We also had no hot water on two mornings, which was odd.

The room was clean and spacious, and the restaurant and pool were top-notch. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had plenty of variety. The location made it easy to explore the area. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived, and made me feel at home. I had a wonderful stay and would book again. My only small wish is that the room had cutlery for when I ordered room service.
