Mantaray Island Resort

The sun, clear water, and sunset beach made for beautiful scenes. I can’t swim, so I usually miss out on snorkelling and water activities, but this time I got to feel included. I enjoyed every moment here, from the food and cocktails to the warm welcome from the team. Mili looked after us throughout the stay and has such a fun personality. Sam was really helpful too. They both remembered my partner’s and my names, and even our room number, which we loved. Thanks to everyone across reception, the bar, snorkel hub, restaurant, and anywhere else I may have missed. It’s a stay I’ll never forget. My only regret is not staying longer.

The people are what made my stay unforgettable. Milli, Vika, and Vooli were incredible, always friendly and helpful, with such genuine hospitality and attention to detail. They looked after me so well, and made me feel welcome in a natural, authentic way. They’re a great example of Fijian hospitality. From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and special. The location is beautiful and relaxing, and the whole resort made me feel right where I was meant to be. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fiji. Beautiful place, wonderful people, and amazing service. I’d definitely come back.

There’s plenty to do, from snorkelling with manta rays to seeing the reef at night. The reefs and all the fish were beautiful, with spots you can reach easily from shore or with a short kayak ride across a channel that’s easy to cross. The staff were warm and fun to be around. We had a great time and would come back.

My wife and I had an incredible honeymoon here. The daily activities were a lovely extra, and a great way to see the beautiful island. From the moment we arrived, everything felt faultless. The staff were so welcoming, and the food was amazing. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of coming.
