The hotel was clean and practical, with just the basics, and it worked well for a one-night stay. But there aren’t many amenities, and check-in is self-service, so I don’t think it’s a good fit for a longer visit.

We booked five nights but left the next morning after the worst night we’ve ever had in a hotel. The room was cramped, and the AC didn’t work. It was noisy and blew warm air around. The shower was clogged too. Staff were rude and acted as if simply listening to our complaints was a favor, which settled any doubts we had about leaving. So disappointing.

We arrived late to a tiny room for three, with barely enough space to move. The AC didn’t work at all, and the shower wouldn’t drain, so we had to stand in water. Staff were dismissive and rude when we brought it up. The next day, after hours, we returned to report that a Kindle had been left on the bed. They said it hadn’t been handed in and must have been taken by the next guests. If it fell, as they suggested, the room hadn’t been swept or cleaned. And if it was on the bed, the sheets and pillow covers hadn’t been changed between guests. When we tried to discuss this, they shrugged and said it wasn’t their problem. Be very careful about booking here.

I like this hotel, but the woman working reception on September 20 at 14:00 was unfriendly and rude to customers. She needs to be more polite.

The rooms are basic but very clean, and security is good. Service was amazing, and it’s in an excellent spot for taking the bus into the city.
