The customer care showed in the little touches, like shower gel and soap in the bathroom and coffee in the kitchen. The studio is spacious, brand new, well equipped, and tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac right in the city center. Really comfortable, and a warm welcome too. I might have liked a bedside table with a lamp, but otherwise it was perfect. Thanks, and I’ll return on my next trip to Valenciennes. Well done! Florent TACCOEN

You feel at home here. It’s clean, simple, and quiet, and the owner is helpful. One of the best aparthotels!

The owner is great, and the apartment hotel was clean and very spacious. It’s one of the best I’ve seen, deserves 5 stars, and I highly recommend it.

Tidy and really neat. It’s a little small, but there’s enough room for two.
