One of our best meals was at Jade. The chef-owner is from China and previously worked at several renowned restaurants. Jade serves authentic Chinese food, including hotpot in winter, and it draws both Chinese tourists and local regulars in Aix-En Provence. The food was a hit with us. Best in Aix, for sure!

Jade was a lovely surprise tucked away on a tiny street in Aix en Provence. The spicy fried chicken was incredible, and there were other really good dishes too. It’s proper Chinese food, not the odd mix of Japanese, Taiwanese, Korean and other cuisines you find at many Asian restaurants. The people were nice and relaxed. We had a good time there. Great spot!
