The hosts gave us such a warm welcome, and we had a wonderful stay in Amiens. The apartment felt like home, and I loved the decor, kudos to the hostess. It was just five minutes from the cathedral and city center, with a terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. Private parking right next door meant we could walk everywhere. We also found excellent restaurants nearby: Le 31, O Jardin, which our hostess recommended, and La Table Firmin, very close to the cathedral. THANK YOU.

The house has everything you need for a holiday in Amiens, and there are even bicycles in the garden shed. It’s clean and comfortable, right by the cathedral and close to the restaurant and yacht club area. On Google Maps, number 15 seems to be missing, since from the street you can only see the fence. Go behind the metal fence between the street and garden, though, and you’ll find a truly exceptional house.

We had a lovely weekend with very kind hosts. The gîte is cosy and just as it looks in the photos. It’s well placed for exploring the region, near the hortillonnages, the cathedral, and the cafés and restaurants in the Saint leu district. Right in the city center, but still very quiet. I recommend it.
