The location is a big plus, and the hotel looks clean and well kept. But the rooms are limited in size for what it costs, and comfort took a serious hit from the smell coming up from the Thai restaurant downstairs. The kitchen odor was intense and persistent, got into our clothes and belongings, and made it hard to sleep. The hotel should warn guests about it beforehand. Spraying fragrances to cover it only created a worse mix of smells. Parking is in a public lot a couple of blocks away. The hotel can't reserve a space, so one might not be available when you arrive, though they do offer a discount. The breakfast buffet costs 15 euros and seemed poor value for the limited choice and quality. In spite of the tidy appearance and convenient location, the odor, parking uncertainty, and cost of some services really affected the stay.

Yveta at reception was so helpful and accommodating. She gave us sightseeing information and made sure my room, and probably the others too, was cleaned thoroughly every day. We slept really well. I stayed for three days because the hotel is right by the Gare Centrale in Annecy, just steps from the lovely old town and all its restaurants, bars, and shops. Thank you, Yveta ❤️

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and they cleaned the rooms every day. I spent five nights here and everything went smoothly. When I'm back in Annecy, this will be my first choice.

The room was clean, and the bathroom even had a bathtub. It was a cozy little space, almost like a mountain cabin, though we could hear some city noise through the windows. We stayed just one night and found it quite pleasant. Breakfast felt a bit expensive, but overall I'd happily come back.
