2/10
The ski area was nice, but the hotel was a complete disappointment. It looked nothing like the website, and the room was depressing, dirty, and smelly. The toilet was dusty, the carpet was filthy, and the room faced the parking lot. There wasn’t even a kettle to heat water for coffee. I asked to move rooms, but was told they were fully booked. The reception staff were very cold. The ski room lacked charm, and the toilets and rooms lacked hygiene. I also found the restaurant dirty. I can’t understand how this kind of accommodation is accepted, and I strongly don’t recommend it. My stay gave me allergies and I couldn’t sleep comfortably. I’ve never experienced a hotel like this. What a horrible waste of a holiday.

The receptionist was friendly, but that didn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness. Our room looked very different from the photo: old decor, a dirty toilet and bathtub, stained bedding, and even the TV didn’t work. I was really disappointed by the view of the car park. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The views were absolutely beautiful. It’s a cheap hotel with a comfortable bed and really friendly people. We loved it.

Amazing views, and a perfect hotel for skiing straight in and out.

The food was disgusting. We had to go out for pizza every day.
