The excellent breakfast was a lovely extra. Philippe gave us such a warm welcome and shared the history and culture of this place with us. It felt like time had stopped for a while, surrounded by nature and quiet. We highly recommend it.

We spent three days above the vineyards, spotting deer and squirrels and even shooting stars. Such a peaceful little paradise, and the rest did us a world of good. Thanks, Philippe!

Breakfast was generous and made to suit what we liked, and the place was spacious and very clean. Waking up to that view over the property was incredible. Philippe gave us an amazing welcome, and it’s such a good spot to switch off. A wonderful find near the Gironde and Dordogne regions, highly recommend it.

We had such a lovely family stay in the cabin with our little boy, who’s two and a half, and our dog. Philippe was charming and very accommodating, and even took us on a short walk to see the beautiful countryside. Fantastic cabin, welcome, and time away. Go for it!

Bring your own cutlery, plates, and glasses if you want the full experience, since the shared fridge for the three cabins is tiny. In Arbis, there’s a grocery store with a charming owner who helped us out and sold us some good products. The surrounding forest is beautiful, and the owner takes time to explain what makes the place unique.
