We felt relaxed as soon as we arrived, and they even let us check in early. The rooms were clean, and there’s a book exchange with books in French, German, and English. This family hotel is a two-minute walk from the beach, with A/C in the rooms and balconies in several of them. The staff were always friendly and helpful. It does get busy in peak season.

The food was nicely cooked and presented. A superb hotel and restaurant, run by a family who clearly know their business.

The fideau Patrik makes, which takes the whole morning to prepare, is delicious and a must eat. We were returning francophiles who don’t speak French, and the pleasant, helpful staff were especially kind to us. The proprietors of the hotel, bar, and restaurant are friendly and welcoming. Rooms with a terrace are especially desirable.

We spent about a week here in September, in the afterseason. It’s a quiet village, with everything you need within walking distance, and the port of Argeles sur mer is 15 minutes away. There’s nearby parking, and the hotel is right by the beach. A very nice little place, with friendly staff, a good breakfast, and good value for money.
