We had lunch during the new owners’ first week after they took over in 2025, and it was excellent. The food was gourmet, the service was friendly and attentive, prices were reasonable, and there was a nice selection of local wines. Highly recommended. We didn’t stay at the hotel.

We ate outside with our dog on the spacious, shady terrace on a gorgeous day. The new owners have done a great job updating the interior at Les Glycines. The menu is limited, with two choices each for starter, main, and dessert, but everything we tried was delicious, beautifully presented, and impeccably prepared, with interesting flavour combinations. It was all served with a smile. We’ll definitely go back.

The local beer was lovely, and we enjoyed sitting outside under the enormous vine. Even though the place was busy, we were served promptly. I had the local tapas of the earth and it was excellent. The others in our party loved the confit of duck, and the steaks were really good too.

We’ve eaten at the restaurant many times in the past and always found it very good, but this year was different. There’s no set menu now, the food is a bit expensive, and it wasn’t good. I can’t recommend it anymore. We’ll eat at the Italian up the road instead.
