A lovely little garden spot to sit in the late afternoon sun. The garden unit itself was perfect.

A great place to stay.

I was extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend this landlord. Between two tenants, he doubled the rent on a 48m² apartment, from €730 a month plus about €200 in charges. He also asked for a detailed breakdown of the charges, but calculated electricity at 41 cents per kWh instead of 17 cents, twice the price. Then he used the security deposit to pay the prorated charges, which is illegal.
