Pullman was close to my hotel, so I went there for a quick bite after a late flight. I was dressed casually and the atmosphere felt a little smarter than my outfit, but it worked out. The menu was small, though every option looked great. I went for pasta with a blanc wine. Ahmed gave me amazing, attentive service and even helped translate while I booked a show in Paris.

Getting there by car was difficult and could feel dangerous, with hairpin turns that took several maneuvers. From the small parking area, there’s a very steep 150-meter slope to reverse down, and the bedrooms are reached by a particularly steep staircase, almost like a miller’s ladder. It’s a shame the house description didn’t mention these access issues. The welcome itself, though, was truly warm and wonderful, a real pleasure.

The table d’hôtes was delicious and refined, and really did feel prepared with love. We also found a calm, serene setting, a lovely welcome, a high-quality room, and beautiful materials in this unique place. The journey there was a bit worrying, even perilous, but after going back and forth a few times, the approach became quite easy. What a wonderful surprise. Thanks for the stay, and see you soon! The place is natural and beautiful, close to Thuyets. Patrick gave us a superb welcome, and the room was well equipped and eco-friendly. I warmly recommend it.

The mountains are so beautiful, and tucked away in the Ardèche, Magali and Patrick are waiting to welcome you with such kindness. Thank you both for putting so much into your business. Your guests clearly benefit from it. I finally got to complete my long-awaited mushroom workshop, and had a real bubble of happiness on top of that! A quick word for my fellow workshop attendees too: what a great group, and such lovely people to meet. We had a great time. Everything was perfect ✨
