Hotel Marcellin

Hotel Marcellin made for a perfect stay. The owners were lovely, and our room was just right. Beaches, restaurants, and the train, tram, and bus were all close by. Thanks, Elvira and Emil!

We booked for two nights, then decided to extend our stay. The hotel has 19 rooms, and the beach and seaside restaurants are about a five-minute walk away. It’s a quiet, clean, well-kept place, with restaurants within walking distance, just what we wanted for a break from the bustle. No regrets, and I’d recommend staying here. Emile and his mom made the visit especially nice. They were friendly and helpful with information. His mom runs breakfast, serves it, and bakes the pastries herself. They were good, and breakfast was reasonably priced. The terrace is a lovely spot to rest or have breakfast, with tables and chairs among roses, calamansi, and Japanese loquat trees. They were finishing renovations on the restaurant while we were there. It was due to open very soon, with all three meals planned.

My friend and I had such a lovely stay. The family who runs the hotel was kind and very friendly. It’s ideally placed near the beach, supermarket, train station, and town square. Highly recommend it.

The rooms were clean and nice, with a beachy style. We were treated really well.
