La Résidence de la Réserve

The apartments are very spacious, in an excellent location, and available at a very attractive price. A very kind gentleman welcomed us at check-in. Still, quite a few things weren’t acceptable, even for a three-star hotel. There were no blackout curtains, and the building’s air conditioning wasn’t set to cooling. The room became unbearably warm. I reported the problem an hour after arriving, but it wasn’t fixed. We had to leave the windows open at night, which made sleeping even harder because of noise from the village’s main road. There was no coffee or tea in the room. When I asked about parking, I was told the hotel offered valet service, which I later found out costs 55 eur per day. No one mentioned the two public parking lots directly in front of the hotel or the third one nearby, which was completely free until May. These are basic things. I can’t remember the last time I stayed somewhere missing so many basics.

A pleasant stay, with well-equipped rooms, friendly staff, and great soundproofing, even within the room. The location is great for boating, and we’ll definitely come back.

We only really noticed how good this residence was after moving to a private house. That place just wasn’t as good. The location, interior, and service here are all at a nice level. I highly recommend the apartments.

The furniture, linens, and tableware are all high quality, and the apartments are excellent.
