I had paid about €1,800 for two apartments during the summer. When my child had a school interview scheduled, I cancelled well ahead of time, even though it was peak season. The hotel agreed that I could use the deposit within a year, depending on availability. Later I booked December 22-26, but my child got sick, so I told them on December 23 that we couldn't come. I asked to use just part of the deposit for one apartment for myself from December 27-30. They said no, claiming they couldn't resell the rooms, although the original dates hadn't finished yet, some nights were still unused, and those dates appeared available. Then they offered me a room for €600 right away, when the same room on Booking was €500. The representative handling reservations is lying. This felt disrespectful and petty. Pick a better hotel and avoid this one.

Breakfast was great and served until 10.30. We only spent one night there, but that was enough to make me recommend the place. Just wonderful!

After two weeks of hotels around Provence and the Riviera, this one was the cherry on top. The staff were lovely, especially Dorina at Reception. She handled all our inquiries with grace and professionalism, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The property is beautiful and more than lives up to its 4* rating. Our room was lovely, the public areas and restaurant were spotless, parking was affordable, and the waterfront was an easy walk away.

We were treated so well that we came back after a short trip elsewhere. The staff are amazing, and I can't say enough about this place. There's Nespresso in the room, the laundry service is great, and Thursday jazz night was lovely. For my birthday, I even found a fruit gift waiting on arrival. If good service matters to you, stay here!

The room was big and quiet, and the bed was comfortable, though the pillows weren't great. Service was good, and breakfast was nice, but it cost €18. They also serve a light lunch. It's a walk to the coast rather than a beachfront spot, with some restaurants nearby. Use Google maps for walking around, there are lots of dead ends in town.
