We arrived late and tired from the road, and Said kindly carried our luggage and walked us to our room. Before that, he gave us a little tour, explained breakfast times, told us about the friendly city, and shared useful recommendations. He was so polite and attentive. The whole staff were genuinely kind, including when we arrived late, and everything was explained clearly and professionally. We were impressed by how well they spoke English. We loved the hotel's style and interior, and its special, warm atmosphere. The rooms were wonderful too. Thanks to Said's stories, we've already fallen in love with the area and its people. We'll definitely return. Highly recommended!

The staff were super friendly, and breakfast was great, with the usual options plus eggs and bacon. The hotel was very clean, with nice bedding, and seemed either brand new or recently renovated. It's close to both the ring road and the town center, with lots of nearby restaurants and cafes. I'd stay again and recommend it to anyone.

We had a very comfortable stay, and this was the best hotel we stayed at in France. The beautiful rooms were less than ten minutes from the train station and city center. Vanessa made sure everything was OK even before we arrived, and Said gave us a warm welcome when we got back, offered coffee, and helped with our luggage. Highly recommended for a stay in Beaune!

Beaune turned up in our search as a good place to stop overnight on the way back from Italy to London, and Alfred Hotel was the right choice. The hotel is gorgeous, and it was one of the few places we found with a stunning room for five, two adults and three kids. Breakfast was incredible and absolutely worth having. We had it included in the price, which was the best idea. A big thank you to the team, especially Said, who'd only been there a few weeks but was kind and really helpful.

The whole team made us and our dogs feel so welcome. With the secure car park and perfect rooms, we'll definitely be back. One of the best small hotels I've stayed in for a long time.
