We loved the easy flow between the kitchen, dining room and living space, and there was plenty of room. Bergheim is one of the most stunning towns we've ever visited. A beautiful place to stay.

Bergheim is gorgeous and makes a great base for exploring the area. The house is lovely, too, and its location is excellent.

The fresh apples and pressed apple juice waiting on the kitchen table were such a lovely welcome, especially knowing they were unsprayed. The place itself is cozy and beautiful, right in the middle of everything, and run by lovely people. It's between Colmar and Selestat on the Alsatian Wine Route, so the towns are easy to get to. Strasbourg is about an hour away, which is manageable, and the landlady's tip about using the inexpensive park-and-ride on the outskirts was really useful. We'll know where to stay next time we're in Alsace.

Our hostess welcomed us so warmly and was very kind. The accommodation was cozy and peaceful, and ideally placed for exploring Alsace. We had a lovely stay in Bergheim, an authentic and charming Alsatian village. I highly recommend it.

Rosalie and Maryvonne made us feel genuinely welcome at apartment s'Harzala. They'd even put out an Advent calendar for guests. It was a very warm welcome.
