Hello, We're a company and very unhappy about what happened. Two people were meant to stay at your place for four days, but when they arrived, they were told their reservation was no longer valid. They'd traveled 600 km and were left with nowhere to stay. That's shameful, especially as we'd paid in advance. Of course, we can't get in touch with them!
