I came to your hotel because I couldn't get a taxi back to biarritz. I asked a few other businesses, but they weren't able to help. Your receptionist immediately stepped in and arranged everything, which impressed me so much that I stayed for dinner. The meal was lovely. Afterwards, I sat outside and the receptionist turned on the patio lights and took a moment to check how I was doing. The reception staff are wonderful, the food is great, and the views are fabulous. Your hotel stands out as one of the best. I regret not booking a room during my four-day stop in biarritz, but I'll certainly stay with you next time. 🥰😁💯

From one balcony, I could watch both sunrise and sunset, with a great view of the beach. The hotel isn't fancy and the rooms are small, but for anyone who loves the sea, the location is hard to beat.
