We had such a pleasant stay at L’appartement de Margot. The flat is stylish, safe, quiet and really clean, with comfortable beds, a handy kitchenette for simple meals, a good shower and a separate toilet. The rooftop views are beautiful, and the wi-fi is fast. Nothing was missing. Its location is ideal, with parking nearby and plenty of shops, including a delicious bakery. The owners were quick to communicate and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend it if you’re visiting Bordeaux.

The place had a great vibe and was exactly as shown, and you really can’t beat the location. L’appartement de Margot made a fabulous base for my Bordeaux visit. If I come back, I know where I’ll stay.

We loved this beautiful, clean apartment in a perfect location. L’appartement de Margot looks just like the photos. Our arrival was delayed, but the host was flexible, friendly and accommodating, and my husband and I only speak English, which wasn’t a problem at all. It’s a real gem, highly recommend!

The hosts were lovely, kept in touch plenty through WhatsApp, and met us in person, which was a nice touch. The apartment is small, but it was just right for a romantic short break. It’s beautifully furnished and had everything we needed, even umbrellas for our rainy weekend. The location is perfect, on the edge of the old town rather than right inside it. Everything you need is close, and the local transport links are excellent for getting to the train station, airport and elsewhere. One thing to keep in mind, it’s up four flights of stairs, so it won’t suit everyone. Still, the climb gets your blood going on a morning coffee run and helps work off some of Bordeaux’s amazing food and wine. We loved our stay and couldn’t rate it more highly.
