We booked five nights through the hotel website for our bus driver. Reception asked us for a €99 deposit, which we paid by credit card, but it still hasn't been refunded. The payment records have disappeared from our bank statement, even though two payment links were sent to us. This is unbelievable.
8/10
Good value if you're driving. The breakfast is cheap and simple, WiFi is free, and you can walk into Bordeaux from here.
10/10
A clean, welcoming place to stay, with friendly staff. Breakfast was filling and had plenty of choice.
2/10
There was dust everywhere, and after a stay of 5-6 days nobody took out the trash. I also found someone else's pullover in my room, and there was noise. The hotel is far from all the attractions. My €90 deposit is still pending after more than two weeks, so I don't know whether I'll get it back after a month. They should explain the deposit before booking, not spring it on guests at reception.
6/10
It was okay, but they kept my deposit and I have no idea why.
