We spent four nights here in July 2024, with my wife and me sharing one room and our three teenage or adult children in another. The pool, rooms, breakfast, and location were all incredible. Valerie and Love made us feel so welcome in the chateau, and it was lovely to share some wine at the winery with Valerie's husband. If we’re back in the Bordeaux area, we’ll definitely stay again. Absolutely superb.

Leaving was the hard part. Love and Valerie made us feel at home, and the wine was excellent. We had such a great stay at this bed and breakfast and would love to come back. Highly recommend it!

We dropped in with our campervan for a tasting and really enjoyed it. The host was outside getting things ready for a blues concert that evening, but took time to serve us some excellent wine. I liked the place enough to book a room for our return trip to Portugal, though we ended up taking the southern route and cancelled. I’ll be sure to stop next time. Their big, friendly dog was a hit too.

You can walk into the local town easily, and the whole stay felt wonderfully authentic. The rooms are beautiful, with incredible views, and there are lovely, friendly animals around. The hospitality was fantastic. This is easily one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. If you’re thinking about booking, go for it!

We popped in for a tasting without booking, so check online for the hours and details. The service was great, with plenty of laughs and helpful information, and the wine was great too.
