The cave-like bathroom is beautiful and really unique, and the room is spacious with a very comfortable king-size bed. This was our second stay at Les Vernes, and the hosts were just as warm and attentive as before. Breakfast was amazing, with pastries, strawberries from the garden, cheeses and savory food. The region is stunning, and the location is only 20 minutes from Beauval Zoo.

The garden and setting are superb, and breakfast is generous as well as varied, with pastries, bread, cheese, ham, fruit, and more. Our semi-cave-like room was charming and felt like a real change of scenery. The welcome was warm, and the hosts were perfect. I can hardly think of anything to criticize. An exceptional bed and breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious and deserves a special mention! The owner was very kind, and this unique gîte is well placed for Beauval Zoo, castles, and wine cellars. We had a lovely little stay. You can book directly by phone.
