The room was so cramped that I had hardly any space to sort out my things, even though I paid for the same room type I usually book. There was also a faint but persistent smell, somewhere between sewer odor and air freshener. I stopped noticing it after a few minutes, though I worried it might cling to my clothes. On another visit, the Wi-Fi worked, but this was the second time it didn’t. Staff suggested using the lounge’s free Wi-Fi, then tried resetting the router when I said that wouldn’t work for me. The reset didn’t help, so I was left without Wi-Fi. I often stay here when visiting a nearby customer, and this poor rating comes from issues across several visits. If you stay, you could ask for a first-floor room away from possible sewage lines and near the Wi-Fi repeater, though that still may not ensure a connection.
