We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, the bed really comfortable, and it was an easy walk from the railway station.

Amandine at reception made us feel welcome straight away, with a big smile, a quick and efficient manner, and a good sense of humour. You don’t find that everywhere. The room at the back was quiet, so we slept well, and the beds and shower were good too. We had a lovely stay. Keep it up!

We’ve stayed in about six Best Western Hotels across the UK and France, and this one was the best. The staff were especially pleasant and helpful. They’d noted our arrival time and had the room ready accordingly, which was a nice touch. My only small complaint was that there wasn’t much hot water.

Amandine was there when we arrived and did a great job helping get our group of seven students settled. The rest of the staff were amazing too, and we had a delicious dinner at the restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at L'amirauté Brest. I gave the rooms four stars because the air conditioning wouldn’t stay on. It switched off after about 30 minutes, so I had to keep getting up to stop the room from getting stuffy.

It’s an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and sights from here. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the place feels clean and elegant. Staff were friendly and professional. We also really liked the lobby bar and restaurant, and the breakfast was great. A very good choice for a stay in Brest.
