TRIBE Lyon Croix Rousse

The room was comfortable, and everything, including the toilet, was super clean. We also liked the hotel's pretty, minimal interior, and the staff were friendly with someone always available. The restaurant was handy when everything nearby was closed for the holiday. The food was good, though the menu was limited. Breakfast had a decent variety, but the buffet stayed the same throughout our four-day stay. They'd missed our request for a crib, but fixed that quickly. On our last day we asked for an early breakfast because our flight was before breakfast hours, and they refused. That was a first for me at a hotel, and I didn't appreciate it. I also would've liked a fridge in the room for snacks for our kid. The area was nice, though the walk back from the city center meant climbing a very steep hill.

The hotel had such a good vibe. It's modern and very clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is handy. There's even a little gym, and breakfast was really good. I'll definitely come back when I'm in Lyon.

The hotel looks great, and the rooms have comfortable beds and nicely designed bathrooms. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. Parking was the letdown: the card wouldn't work in the garage, and there was no speaker intercom by the exit door. We were stuck for 10 minutes and had to call the hotel. Someone finally answered and came outside to open the garage.

We had a nice stay thanks to the really friendly, helpful staff. Gustave gave us information and food suggestions, and Nia and Armelle were so welcoming and kind at breakfast. Merci.
