I was using one of the public car chargers right outside the hotel when the owner came out and said I could only charge for two hours. They also wanted my phone number in case they needed to have the car towed. I explained that the charger was public and that I was paying the usual fees, but they wouldn’t listen. Once I drove off, they switched off the power and stopped the charge. Really unfriendly and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We had a fantastic time at Hotel L'Onda. The spacious rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and it was a pleasure coming back to them after a day out. Breakfast had lots of fresh, delicious choices. Andrada and Pauline were especially wonderful, going out of their way to make us comfortable and help make the stay memorable. Their warm welcome meant a lot. Highly recommended.

The breakfast buffet was the best we’d had on our trip so far. We also found the staff super nice, and the hotel is very handy for the beach. It’s about a ten-minute walk to the old city, with shops, restaurants, and a grocery store on the main road where the hotel is. We stayed for two nights and were very pleased.

The reception staff made a big difference for us. We had an evening flight, and the young woman there lent us beach towels so we could enjoy the day, then let us take a proper shower before leaving. Such helpful, flexible hospitality. The hotel is right by the beach, with public and private options, and about a 15-minute walk from the harbor’s bars and restaurants. Rooms were very clean, and breakfast was convenient, fresh, and local. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

The breakfast alone was a treat, especially the creamy scrambled eggs, natural yogurt, homemade granola, varied breads, and local coffee from Ile Rousse. Rooms are modern and clean, and the firm beds suited me perfectly. Reception service was really nice, too. You can walk to the beach or downtown Calvi in just a few minutes, so it’s great value for money.
