It was a relief to find food made for vegans here. Vegan choices are limited in Corsica, but this hotel had excellent options tailored for us. The facilities were good, and the staff were courteous and professional, with especially helpful suggestions.

We enjoyed breakfast outside on the large terrace, with its wide selection and lovely view of the Golfe de la Revellata. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Saint Erasme hotel is around a 10-minute walk from central Calvi. It sits beside a main road, so you do hear some car and motorcycle noise. Given the hotel's sustainability profile, we would have liked a better choice of organic items at the breakfast buffet.

We only stayed one night, and everything went smoothly. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool was fantastic. Calvi is a bit of a walk away, though you can always take a taxi or Uber back up the hill after walking down.
