The rooms are warm and cozy, and breakfast really fills you up. This may not be the fanciest hotel, but it’s got loads of charm. Everyone was so friendly that I felt like family visiting for a few days. We were working all day in a cold factory, and the staff kindly saved us a table by the fireplace for dinner. The restaurant was a real highlight, with some of the best meals I’ve ever had and a menu that changes every day. I’m already hoping I’ll get another chance to stay here. If it were closer, I’d bring my whole family. It’s a lovely place to relax, feel welcome, and eat well.

The restaurant was relaxed and lovely, with friendly service and excellent food. The soup was the best ever, and we also enjoyed the duck, beef fillet, red mullet, lamb chops with herbs, beautiful vegetables, and crisp salads. Steve will definitely miss the desserts. Everyone at Auberge la Diege was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Every room we stayed in was clean and homely. We loved our time in AVEYRON, and the hotel was a highlight. We’re looking forward to seeing you next year. Thanks again from Steve and Lindi in Australia.

Thanks for a lovely evening. The meal was excellent, the service fantastic, and the free soup was a treat.

The staff were super friendly, and the restaurant is well worth a visit. I loved the carrée d'agneau! The room was clean and spacious enough, the bathroom was clean and everything worked, and the beds were fine.

I ate there. The surroundings are nice, and the hotel looks good. It seems so popular that the quality has slipped for this region.
