The location makes this a great base, just down the hill from the medieval city, and there’s a pool, outdoor seating, and parking too. It’s a good little three-star hotel. The rooms are simple but clean, with comfortable beds. Most of the staff were very helpful, though one older woman seemed angry the whole time. Maybe that was just her being “French.”

The rooms feel a bit old-fashioned, but there’s parking available. Having the castle as your main neighbor is the biggest plus, and it’s definitely worth visiting.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the place was clean. We had a good breakfast for 13 euros, and there’s free parking on the property. I didn’t use the pool, but it’s nice that they have one. The location is perfect.

There was plenty of parking, and the pool was lovely. The location just outside the city walls is great. The place felt dated overall, and while the staff were nice, they weren’t amazing. Lots of families were staying here.

We really liked this hotel, one of our favorite places from our trip to France. It’s handy for visiting Carcassone castle, the rooms are nice, and the pool is beautiful. The service staff were friendly and helpful.
