The residence offers vacation rentals in studios and apartments for seniors. It's new and very clean, with free secure parking, and the apartment is well laid out and within walking distance of the ramparts. One thing was surprising, though: the booking said the rental ended at 11:00 AM, but we were told check-out was at 10:00 AM.

After a day exploring the medieval city, the pool and sauna were a real comfort. The residence is brand new, and the apartments are pleasant and functional. Staff were professional, friendly, smiling, and gave an impeccable welcome. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the citadel, and there's private secure parking. A superb stay in Carcassonne, highly recommended for a stopover. Thanks to the whole team and to Domytis for designing and building such a beautiful serviced residence. Well done!

Top-notch place, with attentive staff who are easy to reach. My room was spacious and very clean, and the location and price were good for the services offered. There's a pool, gym, and restaurant too. Highly recommended.

Flora (night shift) and Vanessa deserve congratulations for their excellent work during our stay. They handled any issues quickly, easily, and professionally. We were delighted with the accommodation and highly recommend it. Warm regards, Luz and Mikel
