Nouvel Hôtel du Commerce

Right in the centre of this lovely village, and we had a great stay. The WC in our suite was tiny, which was the one downside. We made the most of the outdoor pool and its poolside bar, and we'll return.

The hotel is centrally located, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and there's ample secure parking. Our room was modern and spacious, and the service was friendly and efficient. Breakfast had a substantial range of options. The pool isn't large, but it was plenty big enough to cool off and relax in the sun. It's also a brilliant starting point for exploring the surrounding mountainsides.

We enjoyed the clean, high-quality rooms, good service, and surprisingly great breakfast at this lovely hotel in a charming little village. Leave time for the hike up the nearby mountain to the stunning church. It's an impressive experience, but good shoes are a must. The pool wasn't open yet in April, though I can imagine how lovely it would be to float there.

We absolutely loved our short stay here and will definitely come back. The rooms were a good size, nicely decorated, furnished, and spotless. There was a kettle with tea, plus shower gel, soap, and a shower cap, and the shower was good. From our room we had amazing views of Le Roc. The public areas were immaculate, spacious, and well kept, and the pool area was clean and modern. The friendly staff and family-run feel made the place feel homely. It's perfectly placed on the main square, just minutes from the restaurants, and the nightly price seemed cheap for this standard. Thanks to the owners for a great stay! One gripe: a glass of red wine cost €7, which is what I paid in Monaco overlooking the port. It was literally the smallest glass I've ever had, only a quarter full. I live on the French Riviera, where prices and portions vary, but a small glass shouldn't cost more than €5.
