We've stayed at many hotels in this chain, and this one worked well as a base for exploring the area. Yéléna gave us a warm welcome at check-in, spoke excellent English, and was very helpful. Our room was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was the best. It was also the most expensive.

The location wasn't very convenient, and there aren't eateries nearby. Breakfast was very simple, with no eggs, and there was no tea or coffee in the rooms. Still, it was a nice stay. The room was big and clean, and having air conditioning was important. The lobby was roomy, with table soccer and a table tennis table, though all the ping pong balls were broken. There's also a water dispenser in the lobby.

The employees were friendly, but they gave us misleading information several times, so be careful. They said there were plenty of adapters for US plugs, but only had one when we arrived. We asked about the restaurant and were given a menu and told it opened at 7pm. When we came back, they said we needed a reservation, which they hadn't mentioned before. Breakfast was around 20€, while the other IBIS had a wonderful breakfast. We won't come back here. The one in Nice was perfectly fine.

The staff were very friendly and spoke English. I wanted hot water, so I asked for help each day, and she kindly took the trouble to get it for me. I'm really grateful! My first trip to Europe, so I don't know if it's the same everywhere here, but unlike most hotels in Asia, the room didn't have disposable slippers, a toothbrush, toothpaste, water cups, or similar supplies. The room itself was clean, though the equipment felt a little old. Breakfast was a typical French spread, mostly bread, which I'm really not used to. Some hot pasta or fried rice would have made it even better.
