The room was OK and had air conditioning, but the bed was very hard. You can’t sit in the garden or outside unless you plan to order something. Service took forever: we waited 15 minutes in the lobby before anyone asked if we wanted to order. I wasn’t a fan of the restaurant. The baked goods at the start were delicious, but I don’t think they check the food before it goes out. My regional dish, THE EGGS, was very bland. A fish and cheese course was OK for a few bites, then made me want to puke. My husband said his food was just OK. The dessert seemed to have almost butter instead of cream, and the meringue was super thick. Breakfast was OK. I could stay at the hotel again, but I wouldn’t have dinner there.

We were lucky to find this lovely little inn in central Chablis. The service was friendly and helpful, and our room in the historic building was very comfortable. It was easy to explore the old town on foot. The in-house restaurant was fantastic too, with great food at reasonable prices. We’re very glad we stayed here.

The best parts for me were the restaurant, parking, and the protected outdoor terrace on the ground floor, the sort of place you could spend hours. The rooms are simple, clean, a good size, and convenient. Thanks again for the wonderful welcome!

The rooms are well kept, and breakfast was by far the best value I’ve had. There was a range of freshly made, delicious spreads, including pate a tartiner and caramel beurre salé, plus pancakes, waffles, charcuterie, and more.
